First that Mrs Anne Middleton will start work on the 2nd January 2020 as the Circuit's first Performing Arts Mission Enabler. Anne is experienced in theatre, drama and performing arts and has previously  worked at the Lantern Arts Centre in Raynes Park near Wimbledon. She has experience in using performing arts for therapeutical purposes. Anne is married to the Revd Darren Middleton, minister at Ridgeway and Woodford church's in the circuit. They have a young daughter who is of school age. This will be an expimg time for Anne and the circuit and we look forward to supporting and sharing in her work. May I ask you to remember Anne in your prayers.


The Revd Simon Leigh leaves the circuit after 11 years as Superintendent minister in August 2020, subject to Conference's approval he will become Superintendent of the Bude and Holsworthy Circuit in September 2020. The Revd Andy Chislett-Macdonald will then become Superintendent minister and have responsibility alongside this for Elburton and Pomphlett churches. Revd Andy moves from Nottingham with his wife Ruth to take up this new role. We wish them both well and will pray for them as they come to Plymouth. The Reverends Alison Richardson and Donna Leigh are also on the move. Your prayers for them are for them both and for their families too.

The Revd Simon H Leigh will be on sabbatical from May 1st, 2020 and will not then return to the Circuit. The Deputy Superintendent Revd Mark Lawrence will fulfil the Superintendent's role.
